Review the total, accept the buying authorization and pay securely through PayPal.
We search and secure a qualifying pair within seven days, without exceeding your limits.
The $30 fee is earned when your pair is secured. Otherwise, we initiate a full refund on day 8.

Fund your maximum shoe budget, including tax and delivery, plus the $30 hunt fee. We earn the fee only when we secure a pair that meets your agreed requirements.
Permission to move quickly.
You authorize us to purchase a qualifying pair immediately within your funded budget. We must get your approval before changing the model, size, colorway, condition or spending limit. A lead or available listing alone does not count as securing your pair.
Seven days to secure your pair.
Your search starts when PayPal confirms payment. If we have not secured a qualifying pair within seven days (168 hours), we initiate a full refund at the start of day 8, including the $30 fee. This is a sourcing deadline, not a delivery promise.
No pair, no fee.
The full amount is returned to the original payment method if the search is unsuccessful. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund. We return unused shoe-budget funds after a successful purchase and provide a purchase summary.
A REAL PERSON HANDLES YOUR HUNT
Your request starts a working relationship.
You tell us the pair you want, your requirements and your budget. Jokers Soles handles the search, checks the details and works to secure a qualifying pair.
Your upfront payment funds the agreed shoes, tax and delivery, plus the $30 fee. Having the funds available lets us move quickly when the right pair becomes available. We earn the fee only when we secure your qualifying pair, and return unused purchase funds.
We will not exceed your budget or change your requirements without approval. If no qualifying pair is secured within seven days after payment confirmation, we initiate a full refund, including the fee, at the start of day 8. Your payment provider may take additional time to return the funds.

What am I paying for?

Can you buy without contacting me again?
Yes, only when the pair meets every requirement you authorized and stays within your funded budget. Any alternative or change needs your separate approval.
What if you cannot secure the pair?
We initiate a full refund, including the $30 fee, after seven days (168 hours), at the start of day 8. The confirmation shows your deadline. Bank processing can take longer.
Will I receive the shoes within seven days?
The seven-day window is for securing the pair, not delivery. Shipping and any authentication can take additional time.
What counts as securing the pair?
A completed purchase of a pair meeting your agreed requirements. Finding a listing, sending an offer or identifying a lead is not enough.
Availability and prices change quickly. We cannot guarantee every request can be fulfilled. We never raise your spending limit or substitute a different pair without approval.
